As orderedI love the reel, but….. it’s not very heavy and can get turned over easily off trying to pull the cover onto the pool yourself. Also, the bars were misleading and don’t line up the same when building it - once linked up and screwed in you can’t put any straps on so connect your parts and add your straps before screwing it all together. It needs a little guidance when rolling up the cover, but we are please with it over all!works as expected. A few gripes are; (1) lightweight results in tip-overs when reeling out. I put large concrete(home depot) paver/bricks with holes in center to fit over bar on the non-reel end to counter this. Now only the reel end tips over at the end of the reeling process. (2) occasionally straps get tangled in the reeling mechanism and take time to sort out. (3) center is starting to feel a little rickety after ~ 4 months use.This morning customer service contacted me and apologized and would send the missing parts asap. Everything should be fine. The product is performing well and with these parts there should be no corrosion. Thanks to customer service.There were parts missing. Despite an very friendly card inside that gave an email address saying they would respond asap, no communication after 5 days. Using some fasteners that I have, but they are not stainless steel or aluminum. It’s only a small parts bag that ways a few ounces and should be no big deal. Otherwise I like the reel. Bad marks because of parts missing.Just got this and only used it a couple times. Information said ships in two boxes, but it’s really one as the second box was inside the other box. All parts were there and easy to assemble.Overall it's a good product. The self tapping screws fell out after a week. I used some thread lock and put them back in.My husband set it up.. a ton of little pieces but he did it and so far we love it… put it at the back end of our pool to be out of the way… easy to use
