I am not a satisfied customer!Even though their advertising makes it seem like satisfaction will be 100% guaranteed! On April 6, 2021 I purchased a RACK Leo Folding 4-Foot Pool table (Green) recently and the table surface was all warped especially around the pockets & rail. I even leveled it out with a level and also micro adjusted the feet, but that would not solve the problem. I first contacted the Rack Pool Tables customer service through phone, but the person told me it wasn't the company's fault, but rather blamed it on Amazon. Even though the amazon box was shipped in great condition. The customer service person said there would be nothing they could do! Because they blamed it on probably being from Amazon's warehouse storage climate, environment. Even though their marketing states... "Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience or if you have any questions, concerns, or are not 100% satisfied please call RACK Pool Table now and we will do everything to make it right. Remember all RACK tables have a LIFETIME warranty on all parts, so rest assured you're covered!" I did not find that to be the case. False advertising if you ask me.So I called Amazon customer service, and requested a replacement, as well as shipped back my original table order. Then I receive the replacement 2nd order about 1 week later. The packaging & Shipping came in great condition. No obvious damage to the box. And then I set up and leveled the pool table with my level. And sure enough, the pool table surface was all warped again, especially around the same corner pockets & rail. I have attached a video to show an example of warping.I do not believe it to be warping from Amazon's warehouse storage method's either. Because the warping is obviously due to poor manufacturing & quality control of the product! If it were to have been warping due to Amazon storage, it would have warping all over the table, Not just around some corner pockets & rails. I'm so disapointed in this table and the hassle I have been put through. I feel deceived with their company advertising and products!After yet another bad table, I tried to email the rack pool tables customer support. Hoping they would help to resolve my issue. I showed them the video of my problem and traded "email messages" with them for several messages from the dates of May 10th to May 24th. I know the person Jenn who was helping me reached out to the head Supervisor. But unfortunately, they didn't want to stand up to their own 100% satisfaction guarantee. After all that they told me to contact Amazon, if I wanted to get a refund since it was fulfilled by Amazon!After all that, I have decided to keep the pool table because of all the hassle I've been put through with it. It just wasn't worth the time & trouble to try to repackage the product and ship back for a refund. Especially since, I would have to pay for a new box to ship back, since I threw away the original shipping box.I have never written a product review ever. But I felt compelled, so that other people will not get deceived, and have to waste their valuable time & money on a supbar product. I rated this 2 stars instead of 1 star because I had realistic expectations going into it, that it wasn't a professional regulation size slate pool table, and would play like one.Hopefully, this review reaches the owner of the company and he makes it right. Update on 8/19/21:I am making a change in my original review from 2 stars to 5 stars!Yes I know, that's a big rating change from my original review. But they deserve it. After my initial original review, I thought it was a lost cause and I would never get the positive resolution from the company I was looking for. Well I was wrong! They listened to my situation and were completely understanding of my feelings. They really do mean & stand by there 100% guarantee! The customer service actually passed my complaints and situation to the big boss and they did everything they can to make me a happy customer! The original pool table I received was damaged... But the new one I have now plays remarkably well! :) And believe me when I say, I am now a happy customer for how they resolved things! They even were apologetic and I can feel there sincerity!Man, such great customer service after all! Thank you Jenn & Rack Pool Tables! And I do highly recommend them after all! 5 out of 5 Stars!Great table, even with shipping problems. The package arrived with some slight damage on the outer box, but with significant damage to the inner product packaging (which led me to believe the product was shipped from the warehouse already damaged). There were a few scuff marks on the table and damage to the pool sticks where the inside package was torn. While I believe the problem occurred at the warehouse, I did not return to Amazon due to the inconvenience of trying to return a large, heavy package and the lack of a shipping box (since the original packaging was so demolished it could not be reused) so I contacted Rack and they provided exceptional customer service and replaced the pool sticks. The table was built well and I can live with the minor scratches due to poor distribution/shipping.Got for my mamas house so when my nephews and nieces go over they could have something to play with. They love it and to my surprise my mama also loves it she is always wanting to play!!!Thanks my grandson loves itThis was literally one of the best decisions I’ve made purely for entertainment. There literally hasn’t been a day since my purchase that it hasn’t been played ! I was fearful that it wouldn’t be realistic, I worried about the ball sizes , the leveling , the cue etc….In every single instance this table blew it out the ball park ! I read reviews good and some not so good , but took a chance and won !My adult children are 28, 25, 22,20 and my youngest 15 ❤️ They absolutely love it and also told me it was one of the best gifts . Price was very budget friendly! I can’t imagine how amazing it would be to go up in price range because this was top shelf ❤️I’ve purchased games /toys etc… since the pandemic giant connect 4 , giant jinga , Simon says , monopoly, laser tag gun set , water guns … etc but this is the only game they play daily they’re so competitive ?Jackpot !!!!!!I think for the price this is a really fun table. The balls and table are of relatively good quality. You will be able to play a game of pool with family or friends, and have a blast. We bought this for the Thanksgiving holiday and ended up playing a few hours every day. That's saying something! However, the balls just do not roll as smoothly as a real table(no surprise). The lower mass means you have to add more force to get them to roll. The rails are more or less dead, that or the balls just don't have the mass to bounce off. These are stickler points as you can still very much play and have a great time. Tbh, this table sparked my desire to get a larger table that I didn't think would fit in my loft, but thankfully did (GoSports 6ft - HIGHlY recommend).I just don't have the room in my apartment for a full size pool table so this one is the next best thing. No assembly required. Works really well and is alot of fun. But as everyone has suggested do yourself a favor and get furniture risers. I bought 3 inch raisers and it's good. You could go higher thoGiven the economical price I thought it was very good -I found it to be very stable - some said it was flimsy but not so - just fold out the legs and level it with the adjustable feet. Green felt and bumpers were fine. Obviously this is not for serious pool competition but should be fun for kids and friendly recreation for adults. I have it in the basement - could fit in any bedroom also. Mini balls were high quality and cue sticks were straight and solid - even came with chalk. The only thing I found odd was a comment in the assembly instructions that two adults required for assembly - one adult or a child ten and up could stand it on its legs.
